Hi, I’m Lainy

I’m a mum to two amazing boys, aged 6 and 1. I run my own digital marketing and content creation business, helping small, independent businesses connect with their customers in meaningful ways on social media.

I’m also living with the chronic illness endometriosis. I was diagnosed at 20 after four years of tests/investigations and am luckily in a place where I can manage my life around my flare-ups.

I’ve recently started my Masters degree in Digital Marketing after a 10 year education gap too, just to keep me on my toes. Stick around for my tips on balancing a hectic life, running your own business and parenting all with a chronic illness.
